General Terms and Conditions – GTC
By booking a pitch, the customer agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking
Bookings can only be made via our online booking platform. For online bookings, payment of the total amount is due immediately. Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking, and you will receive an automatic booking confirmation. Bookings cannot be made by telephone or email. We are happy to assist with any questions regarding the booking platform.
1.1. Bookings for minors Young people between the ages of 16 and 18 must present written permission from a parent or legal guardian upon arrival. If this permission is missing, Camping Mulina is not bound by the contract.
1.2. Group bookings Stays for groups of 15 or more people cannot be booked online. Enquiries for groups must be sent to us via email.
2. Prices
We distinguish between low and high season prices. High season runs from 1 July to 31 August.
3. Discounts
We do not grant discounts for memberships such as TCS, ACSI, or others.
4. Payment
For online bookings, the stay is paid for directly at the time of booking (standard credit cards, Twint), with no booking fee. Additional services or stay extensions not recorded via the booking tool must be settled on-site with the final bill on the day before departure.
5. Pitch Allocation
Pitch preferences will be taken into account where possible. We reserve the right to change allocated pitches in exceptional cases and to allocate an equivalent alternative. Pitch allocation is carried out by the campsite operator.
6. Arrival
On the day of arrival, the reserved pitch is available from 13:00 to 21:00. If arrival occurs after 21:00, the vehicle must be parked in the “Short Stay” area for the first night. If the guest fails to appear on the scheduled arrival date, we will hold the reserved pitch until 11:00 the following day. After this time, we will assume a cancellation. The booking will be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
7. Departure
On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 11:00. In the event of an early departure, our cancellation conditions apply (see section 8).
8. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing via email (or directly via the booking platform). The following costs apply:
- Up to 15 days before arrival: An administration fee of CHF 20.00.
- 14 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking arrangement.
- Less than 7 days before arrival: Cost equivalent to 3 days of the arrangement.
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.
9. Data Protection
By completing a booking, Camping Mulina is authorised to use personal data within the scope of the necessary services (statistics, administration, and marketing) and to pass this data on to third parties.
10. Jurisdiction
District Court of Maloja, Plazza da Scoula 16, 7500 St. Moritz.
